Logandale Estate Cornubia was originally designed as a Residential Country Club Estate
Logandale Estate commenced in 1987 with the first houses built in 1989. From the beginning, Logandale was designed as the perfect location for business people as a central location between the Gold Coast and Brisbane for their home and personal security. The road system, security patrols and full perimeter fencing within the estate was created with crime prevention in mind and for the safety of residents. The estate now has 475 properties and approximately 1100 residents.
