The Resident’s Facilities has a car park on St Andrews Drive, the facilities available are a function room, outdoor BBQ facilities, a pool area, tennis courts, a playground and large grassed play area for the use and enjoyment of Estate residents.
Within the Estate is River Parkland and Gleneagles Park.
River Parkland forms the southern boundary of the estate and includes a walking track and a large grassed area which is excellent for a picnic near the river or a relaxing family walk.
Gleneagles Park is directly behind the roundabout at the entry to Logandale.
